Progen Endonuclease ELISA
Progen's newest ELISA has arrived!

PROGEN's Endonuclease ELISA is PROGENS latest addition to their already extensive range of ELISAs, designed for in vitro quantification of Serratia marcescens-derived endonucleases, including DENARASE®, and DENARASE® high salt, in biological samples. The Endonuclease ELISA can be used for a wide range of process derived samples, including AAV gene therapy vector production.
Routine monitoring of endonuclease levels is essential, as uncontrolled endonuclease levels such as AAV vector genome and plasmid DNA can lead to lower yields, purity and efficacy.
How does it work?
This Endonuclease ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA per formed in a microplate format. A specific monoclonal capture antibody is coated onto wells of a microplate and is used to capture endonuclease from Serratia marcescens present in samples, e.g cell lysates or purified virus preparations. Captured endonucleases are detected in two steps:

Why choose Endonuclease ELISA?
- Ready-to-use: supplied with a pre-coated microplate and all necessary reagents.
- Ultra-sensitive detection: enabled by highly specific monoclonal antibodies – more sensitive than competitor kits
- Time-saving: Reduces assay time by about half, with total incubation around 2 hours
- Broad dynamic range: 32 pg/ml to 1000 pg/ml (OD450 nm)
- Limit of Detection (LOD): 4 pg/ml
- Limit of Quantification (LOQ): 12 pg/ml
