  • Yes. Just tell us your project is for a grant proposal. We can help you scope the work and provide the information you need for your application.

  • Yes. Many projects start from the client's own samples, antibodies, plasmids or sequences. Tell us what you have and we'll advise whether it's suitable or whether we should source or make it for you.

  • Yes. If your project is confidential, let us know when you enquire and we'll put an NDA in place before any detailed discussion.

  • It depends on the service and how complex the project is. Let us know your ideal start date and delivery timeframe, and we'll give you a realistic schedule before work begins.

  • As much as you can. Useful details include your target (gene, protein, species or sequence), how you'll use the product, the quantity and specification you need, any starting materials you have, and your timeframe. Relevant publications help too.
