• The targeted sequencing uses myBaits capture probes that can be customised as per the target length . Using biotinylated baits, they provide high specificity and sensitivity for novel variant discovery (SNPs, indels, CNVs, etc.), and capture molecules of any length. The kits integrate easily with Library Prep Kits, detecting rare targets with minimal bias and preserving relative abundance signals. Supporting a wide range of targets, from single loci to large genomes.
• myReads services includes library preparation, hybridisation capture, sequencing, and bioinformatics analysis procedures, allowing us to tackle projects of any size successfully, even if  you have ancient/degraded DNA, standard DNA/RNA or long DNA inserts.
• Also Offers pre-designed custom kits with complete packages for Ultra Conserved Elements or Angiosperms-353; 16S-Hyb; Wheat exome and/or promoters; Respiratory viruses – dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA, or DNA + RNA, pre-designed community panels for fungi, animal, plants and forensic that has been used by previous researchers and optimised/validated for genome sequencing.

What the Process involves 

• Customers will first fill up the custom myBaits or myReads form (BELOW)
• PMs will setup a call or send an email to understand the scope of the project, specific project requirements and the outcome customers require.
• PMs can also arrange a Teams call with the technical team for further project understanding and customisation.
