A TRAF-interacting protein that specifically associates with TRAF6, TRAF6BP (TAX1BP) shares an overall 50% identity and 59% similarity to a recently identified chicken protein MDP62, which has been implicated in promoting neurite outgrowth. TRAF6BP-TRAF6 complex formation is dependent on the presence of the IL-1 receptor-associated kinase (IRAK). Anti-TRAF6BP Antibody is ideal for investigators involved in Toll Like Receptors, signaling, cytokine and growth factor research.
