Albumin transports hormones, fatty acids, and other compounds, buffers pH, and maintains osmotic pressure, among other functions. - HUMAN ALBUMIN Peroxidase conjugated was prepared from normal serum by a multi-step process including selective precipitation and tandem chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Human Albumin and anti-Human Serum.
