Interleukin-20 (IL-20) is an IL-10 family member produced by keratinocytes and monocytes. IL-20 appears to regulate the growth of keratinocytes during inflammation of the skin. Recombinant human IL-20 is a non-glycosylated homodimer, containing two 153 amino acids, with a total molecular weight of 35.2 kDa.
