Flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood cells labeling CD123 / IL3RA (HA601528F; PE). Cells were washed twice with cold PBS and resuspend. Then incubated for 1 hour at +4℃ with CD123 / IL3RA (HA601528F; PE; 1/1;000) (red). Unlabelled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).
