A549 cell; 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed; Triton X-100 at room temperature for 20 min; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20 min; Antibody incubation with (Mad2L1) monoclonal Antibody; Unconjugated (orb704306) 1:100; 90 minutes at 37°C; followed by a conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody at 37°C for 90 minutes; DAPI (blue) was used to stain the cell nuclei.
ICC staining Mad2L1 in SH-SY5Y cells (green). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde; permeabilised with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS.
Western blot analysis of Mad2L1 on different cell lysates using anti-Mad2L1 antibody at 1/500 dilution. Positive control: Lane 1: K562; Lane 2: 293T; Lane 3: SH-SY5Y.
