About this Product
- SKU:
- CCT-1274
- Application:
- Conjugation/Labeling
- Conjugate:
- AZDye™ 430
- Extra Details:
- AZDye™ 430 DBCO dye reacts with azides via a copper-free “click chemistry” reaction to form a stable triazole and does not require Cu-catalyst or elevated temperatures. In application where the presence of copper is a concern AZDye™ 430 DBCO is an ideal alternative to copper requiring fluorescent alkynes. AZDye™ 430 is a bright, and photostable, green-fluorescent probe optimally excited near its absorption maximum at 432 nm. Its emission peaks at 539 nm is pH independent over a wide pH range. The brightness and photostability of blue dyes are well suited to direct imaging of moderate to high abundance targets. AZDye™ 430 is structurally identical to Alexa Fluor® 430. Its absorption/emission spectra is a perfect match to spectra of many other structurally similar dyes, including Alexa Fluor® 430 and CF®430 Dye. AZDye™ 430 DBCO reagent is not suitable for staining intracellular components of fixed and permeabilized cells due to high backgrounds
