- Extra Details:
- Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) is a 120kD (predicted, unglycosylated) type I transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the Toll-like receptor family. Human TLR7 is synthesized as a 1049aa precursor that contains a 26aa signal sequence, an 803aa extracellular domain (ECD), a 21aa transmembrane sequence, and a 189aa cytoplasmic domain. Mature human TLR7 is 81% aa identical to mature mouse TLR7. TLR7 is detected in brain, placenta, spleen, stomach, small intestine, lung, and in plasmacytoid pre-dendritic cells. Functionally, TLR7 participates in the innate immune response to microbial agents. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Mouse myeloma cells with B cells from a mouse. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
