- Extra Details:
- SNRPD2 is a small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNPs) that comprises the spliceosome in eukaryotes. It is required for pre-mRNA splicing and small nuclear ribonucleoprotein biogenesis. Alternative splicing occurs at this locus and two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified. Source: Recombinant corresponding to human SNRPD2, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~15.6kD Sequences of Amino Acids: MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MSLLNKPKSE MTPEELQKRE EEEFNTGPLS VLTQSVKNNT QVLINCRNNK KLLGRVKAFD RHCNMVLENV KEMWTEVPKS GKGKKKSKPV NKDRYISKMF LRGDSVIVVL RNPLIAGK Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C.
