- Extra Details:
- SNAP43 is part of the SNAPc complex required for the transcription of both RNA polymerase II and III small-nuclear RNA genes. It binds to the proximal sequence element (PSE), a non-TATA-box basal promoter element common to these 2 types of genes. SNAP43 Recruits TBP and BRF2 to the U6 snRNA TATA box. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunocytochemistry: 2-100ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
