About this Product
SKU:
R2032-49B
Application:
Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry
translate.label.attr.clone:
5K115
Clonality:
Monoclonal
Extra Details:
The monoclonal antibody 5K115 reacts with RLA-DQ-transfected cells, but not with RLA-DR-transfected cells. In normal adult rabbits, the antibody reacts with 30-60% of peripheral blood leukocytes. It has also been reported that the antibody stains lymphocytes and macrophages in the spleen, lymphocytes in the thymic medulla and some cells in the cortex, Kupffer cells in the liver, and synovial lining cells (e.g., infiltrating macrophages) in inflamed synovium. DQalpha transcripts have been detected in bone marrow and spleen and to a lesser extent in appendix, lymph nodes, and other organs. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤ 1ug/10e6 cells Immunohistochemistry: acetone-fixed, frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
