- Protein Kinase C Panel consists of various PKC isoform standards that are ready for use in Western blot or other like applications. PKC preparations are not enzymatically active. Each vial contains 500ug of the specified PKC isoform suspended in SDS/mercaptoethanol sample buffer with a bromphenol blue dye marker. Each standard is ready to be loaded onto an SDS-PAGE gel as a control. Source: Human recombinant protein expressed in baculoviral insect cells. Intended Use: Load 2-5ul per lane on minigels for Western blotting applications for each respective PKC isoform. Components: PKC Alpha PKC Beta PKC Beta II PKC Gamma PKC Delta PKC Epsilon PKC Zeta PKC Eta Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
