- Extra Details:
- P53-associated parkin-like cytoplasmic protein (PARC) is a 270kD protein that acts as a cytoplasmic anchor for p53 unstressed cells, thereby regulating the localization and subsequent function of p53. It contains a cullin domain and a RING-IBR-RING domain at the carboxy terminus and it is ubiquitously expressed. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:250 Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
