- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Western Blot, though not tested, may potentially be used as an application. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:10,000-1:100,000. Use 50-100ng of control peptide/well. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. Control peptide (O7500-10), because of low MW (< 3kD), is not suitable for Western. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Control Peptide: O7500-10 Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C.
