About this Product
SKU:
N2175-07
Application:
Immunohistochemistry
translate.label.attr.clone:
1.B.650
Clonality:
Monoclonal
Extra Details:
Enolases are homo- or heterodimers of the three subunits: alpha (46kD), beta (44kD) and gamma (46kD). The alpha-subunit is expressed in most tissues. The beta-subunit is expressed only in muscle. The gamma subunit is expressed primarily in neurons, in normal and in neoplastic neuroendocrine cells. Coexpression of NSE and chromogranin A is common in neuroendocrine neoplasms. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed and paraffifn-embedded sections. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Matched Pairs: Capture: N2175-06, N2175-07 Detection: N2175-07, N2175-06 Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
