- Extra Details:
- b2-microglobulin non-covalently associates with the 44kD a-chain to form the HLA Class I antigen complex. Human b2-microglobulin associated with HLA Class I antigens is expressed on many types of cells including lymphocytes, thymocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, platelets, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells. It is absent on erythrocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence/Flow Cytometry: 10ul/5x10e5 cells/test. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections or cell smears): 1:25-1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: NS1/Ag4.1 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
