- Application:
- Western Blot

- Polyclonal
- Extra Details:
- Hepatocyte growth factor receptor (HGF R), also known as c-MET, is a receptor tyrosine kinase that consists of an extracellular α chain and a longer β chain. The Y1003 site of the juxtamembrane region in the β chain acts as a negative regulator. Ligand-stimulated phosphorylation of Y1003 allows the binding of Cbl, resulting in degradation of HGF R. Applications: Western Blot: 1.0ug/ml Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
