- hLH (human Luteinizing Hormone (hLH) is found in the anterior pituitary gland. It induces ovulation and regulates progesterone and estrogen production by the ovaries and testes. LH levels are measured to aid diagnosing the source of certain infertility problems and to ascertain the existence of a pituitary tumor. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: Sandwich Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Pair: Suitable for use as the capture or solid phase antibody. Matched to L7500-28C as the detection or conjugate (label) antibody. Affinity Constant: 1x10e10 L/mole Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
