- Extra Details:
- KIR2DS4 is an activating immunoglobulin-like receptor expressed on NK cells and some T cells. It has been implicated in the recognition of some HLA-C alleles.1 A deletion variant encoding a single domain secreted isoform of KIR2DS4 has also been described. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug labels 10e6 cells using human whole blood CD56+ natural killer cells Western Blot: 1ug/ml under non-reducing conditions Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
