About this Product
- SKU:
- K1858-60
- Extra Details:
- An activating Killer Cell Ig-like Receptor (KIR, previously called p50 KIR, p50.3, cl39, or KAR-K1), which may recognize class I MHC molecules. The protein coding region of the extracellular domain of KIR2DS4 (amino acids 1-202) was cloned into an E. coli expression vector. The extracellular domain of KIR2DS4 was overexpressed as insoluble protein aggregates (inclusion bodies). Recombinant protein corresponding to 23-223 from human KIR2DS4, expressed in E. coli Molecular Weight: 22.2kD Amino Acid Sequence: MEGVHRKPSF LALPGHLVKS EETVILQCWS DVMFEHFLLH REGKFNNTLH LIGEHHDGVS KANFSIGPMM PVLAGTYRCY GSVPHSPYQL SAPSDPLDMV IIGLYEKPSL SAQPGPTVQA GENVTLSCSS RSSYDMYHLS REGEAHERRL PAVRSINGTF QADFPLGPAT HGGTYRCFGS FRDAPYEWSN SSDPLLVSVT GN Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
