- Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen/paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin embedded sections. Sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is recommended. Western Blot (Reducing conditions): Detects a band of 50-56kD that represents the nucleocapsid. Also detects specific bands at 56 and 46kD in reducing gels with canine coronavirus (CCV) as the antigen. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Pairs: Capture: I7600-51 Detection: C7901-21B Coronavirus (Biotin) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
