- IKK-gamma a member of the IKB kinase family, which initiates the NF-KB activation by phosphorylating the serines on IKB and liberating NF-KB from cytoplasma location. Applications: Suitable for ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:100,000-1:400,000, coated peptide at 100ng/well. Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
