- Applications: Suitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Neutralization: 1.5-3.0ug/ml yields one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity (100ng/ml). ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2.0ug/ml. Use 100ul/well in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 2000-400pg/well of recombinant human GRO/MGSA. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 0.125-0.15ug/ml stains human colon/retum adenocarcinoma incubated overnight at 4ºC. Heat induced antigen retrieval with sodium citrate, pH 6, is recommended. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Country of Origin: USA Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
