- Extra Details:
- Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor Receptor (G-CSF R), also known as colony-stimulating factor 3 receptor (CSF3R) and CD114, is a type I transmembrane protein with an extracellular region comprised of an Ig-like domain, a cytokine receptor homologous domain, and 3 fibronectin type III domains. G-CSF R is expressed on neutrophil precursors, mature neutrophils, myeloid leukemias, and placenta. It mediates G-CSF-induced myeloid cell differentiation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: coating concentration range is 2-8ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
