- Flt3-ligand (flk2-ligand), which stimulates the proliferation and colony formation of certain BM precursor cells including CD34+ cells, is a soluble 17.6kD polypeptide containing aa156 comprising the extracellular domain of the transmembrane flt3-ligand protein. Applications: Suitable for use in Neutralization, FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
