- The antiserum was raised in a rabbit which was immunized with D2s(Ac-240-247-Cys 247) covalently attached onto a carrier protein, and it has been characterized by immunocytochemical, western immunoblot and ELISA techniques. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 10mg/ml BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

- Recognizes D2S Dopamine receptor (Ac-240-247). Does not react to D2L Dopamine receptor (243-254) cyclized and D2 Dopamine receptor (Cys 271-272-282). Highly specific for this peptide sequence and are suitable for immunocytochemical detection of D2S dopamine receptor.
