The unprocessed precursor of HCMV gB is 906aa in length, with a MW of ~100kD. Applications: Suitable use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000 Immunofluorescence: 1:1000 ELISA: 1:10,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
