- Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue and cytological material) and Immunoblot (Western). Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:10; Incubation Time 1h at RT, extended with paraffin sections (overnight at 2-8°C). Pretreatment with paraffin embedded sections, protease pretreatment is required prior to antibody application. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
