- Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western) and Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue and cytological material). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Ready-to-use; Incubation Time 1hr at RT, extended with paraffin sections (overnight at 2-8°C). Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Reactivities on Cultured Cells: HeLa and MCF-7. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
