- Extra Details:
- Cullins (1, 2, 3, 4a, 5 and 7) are a family of proteins that assemble a large number of ubiquitin ligases to catalyse polyubiquitiation, as well as binding to various specific factors to recruit substrates. Cullin 2 (CUL 2) is a component of E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes which controls the proteolysis of G1 cell cycle regulatory proteins. It forms a complex with an inactive transcriptional elongation complex formed by three subunits elongain C, elongain B and VHL. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:100 Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
