- Cullins (1, 2, 3, 4a, 5 and 7) are a family of proteins that assemble a large number of ubiquitin ligases to catalyse polyubiquitiation, as well as binding to various specific factors to recruit substrates. Cullin 1 (CUL 1) is an essential component of SCF E3 Ubiquitin ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitation of proteins involved in cell cycle progression, signal transduction and transcription. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
