- The a3 subunit, also known as CD49c and VLA-3 a subunit, forms a non-covalent heterodimer with the Integrin b1 subunit (CD29). Integrin a3b1 is a receptor for laminin, fibronectin, collagen, epiligrin, and thrombospondin. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in HT1080 human cell line Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Carboxyfluorescein conjugates are sensitive to light.
