CD4 functions in collaboration with the T cell receptor in the recognition of peptide antigens that are presented by class II major histocompatibility complexes. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Immunocytochemistry: 25ug/ml ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C.
