- Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Also suitable for Detection of bromodeoxyuridine incorporation in tissue and cell culture; 3H-thymidine labeling techniques can be avoided. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence (IF/IC): 1:10 Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:10 (proteolytic treatment recommended) Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:10 (proteolytic treatment and/or microwave treatment recommended) Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
