Mabs, specific to other epitopes, could also be used in sandwich immunoassay. Possible Mab combinations tested with antigen from patient's blood: B2702-04Q – B2702-04S, B2702-04D – B2702-04P, B2702-04K – B2702-04P, B2702-04T – B2702-04H, B2702-04T – B2702-04S Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
