Appearance: Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml PEG-8000, 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with TRITC (444D). Reconstitute with 1ml ddH2O. Concentration: ~1mg/ml (after reconstitution) Specificity: A single precipitin arc is produced in immunoelectrophoresis using this protein against anti-bovine albumin and anti-bovine serum. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Fluorescent Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Label: Tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate (TRITC) (Molecular Weight 444 daltons) Absorption Wavelength: 550nm Emission Wavelength: 570nm Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 4.0 moles TRITC per mole of bovine albumin Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C.
