- Adenosine deaminase (ADA; EC 3.54.4) catayzes deaminaiton of adenosine to inosine. ADA is found primarily in cytosol. It has also been located at the cell membrane and implicated in the availability of adenosine. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other potential application, though not tested is Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:10,000-50,000 using 1ug/ml coated protein.. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
