About this Product
- SKU:
- A0225-08
- Extra Details:
- Recombinant corresponding to full length human ACC2 with C-terminal His tag expressed in Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell (NM_001093). Specific Activity: ~20 pmoles/min/ug. A 25ul ACC2 reaction is conducted in a buffer containing 30mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 2mM MgCl2, 2mM sodium citrate, 1mM DTT, 100uM ATP, 12mM NaHCO3 and 20uM acetyl-Co-A at 30ºC for 45 minutes. ATP reduction is detected using Kinase-Glo Luminescent Kinase Assay Platform. Applications: Suitable for use inthe study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
