About this Product
SKU:
584184
Extra Details:
Converts D-glucuronic acid residues adjacent to N-sulfate sugar residues to L-iduronic acid residues, both in maturing heparan sulfate (HS) and heparin chains. This is important for further modifications that determine the specificity of interactions between these glycosaminoglycans and proteins. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa29-617 from human D-glucuronyl C5-epimerase, fused to 6X His-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~70.9kD Amino Acid Sequence: NKCSSDKAIQFPRRSSSGFRVDGFEKRAAASESNNYMNHVAKQQSEEAFPQEQQKAPPVVGGFNSNVGSKVLGLKYEEIDCLINDEHTIKGRREGNEVFLPFTWVEKYFDVYGKVVQYDGYDRFEFSHSYSKVYAQRAPYHPDGVFMSFEGYNVEVRDRVKCISGVEGVPLSTQWGPQGYFYPIQIAQYGLSHYSKNLTEKPPHIEVYETAEDRDKNKPNDWTVPKGCFMANVADKSRFTNVKQFIAPETSEGVSLQLGNTKDFIISFDLKFLTNGSVSVVLETTEKNQLFTIHYVSNAQLIAFKERDIYYGIGPRTSWSTVTRDLVTDLRKGVGLSNTKAVKPTKIMPKKVVRLIAKGKGFLDNITISTTAHMAAFFAASDWLVRNQDEKGGWPIMVTRKLGEGFKSLEPGWYSAMAQGQAISTLVRAYLLTKDHIFLNSALRATAPYKFLSEQHGVKAVFMNKHDWYEEYPTTPSSFVLNGFMYSLIGLYDLKETAGEKLGKEARSLYERGMESLKAMLPLYDTGSGTIYDLRHFMLGIAPNLARWDYHTTHINQLQLLSTIDESPVFKEFVKRWKSYLKGSRAKHN Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C.
