- Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence
- Clonality:
- Polyclonal
- Extra Details:
- The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family, and is most closely related to mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAP kinases). MAP kinases also known as extracellular signal-regulated kinases (ERKs), are activated through protein phosphorylation cascades and act as integration points for multiple biochemical signals. This kinase is localized in the nucleus, and has been reported to be activated in fibroblasts upon treatment with serum or phorbol esters. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:100-1:300 ELISA: 1:5000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
