- Extra Details:
- CD7, also known as T-cell antigen CD7, is glycosylated and palmitoylated transmembrane protein in the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is expressed on T cells, NK cells, myeloid progenitor cells, and CD19+ B progenitor cells. Among CD8+ T cells, the CD7-bright population preferentially contains naïve and memory cells, while more weak expressors are primarily effector cells. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa24-188 from human CD7, fused to His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in insect cell. Molecular Weight: ~17.5kD (164aa) 18-28KD (SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.)
