- This BioAssay™ employs the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique for the in vitro quantitative determination of Streptomycin concentrations in meat, liver (chicken), milk, honey. Sensitivity: 0.1ppb Range: 0.1-25.6ppb Precision: Intra-assay: CV%<15% Inter-assay: CV%<15% Test Principle: The coupling antigen is pre-coated on the micro-well stripes. The Streptomycin in the testing sample competes with the coupling antigens pre-coated on the micro-well stripes for the antibodies against Streptomycin. After the addition of the enzyme conjugate, the TMB substrate is added for coloration. The optical density (OD) value of the testing sample has a negative correlation with the content of Streptomycin in it. This value is compared to the standard curve and the content of the corresponding Streptomycin is subsequently obtained. Storage and Stability: Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
