- Purified human IgG3 may be used as a reference antigen, calibrator, coating protein and blocking agent in a variety of immunoassays including immunodiffusion, immuno- electrophoresis, ELISA, Western blotting, dot-immunobinding assays (DIBA), hemagglutination, and cell-binding assays. Quality control tested by ELISA to ensure reactivity with anti-human IgG3 and lambda antibodies and minimal reactivity with anti-human IgG1, IgG2, IgG4, IgA, IgD, IgE, IgM and kappa antibodies. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1ug/ml Since applications vary, optimal dilution for the particular application must be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: In accordance with current Good Manufacturing and Good Laboratory Practices (cGMP/cGLP), any protein of human blood origin should be handled pursuant to your organization’s documented safety procedures and as if it is capable of transmitting infection. This product has NOT been tested for viral, bacterial, or other infectious agents such as, but not limited to, HIV, HbsAg, and HCV
