About this Product
- SKU:
- 363131
- Application:
- Immunohistochemistry
- Clonality:
- Polyclonal
- Extra Details:
- FLRT3 shares 55% amino acid sequence identity with FLRT1 and 44% identity with FLRT2. FLRT3 is expressed in kidney, brain, pancreas, skeletal muscle, lung, liver, placenta, and heart. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been described for this gene. The predicted 649aa FLRT3 protein contains a putative N-terminal signal sequence, 10 leucine-rich repeats (LRRs) flanked by N- and C-terminal cysteine-rich regions, a fibronectin-/collagen-like domain, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular C-terminal tail. FLRT3 has 4 potential N-glycosylation sites in its extracellular region. FLRT3 shares 55% amino acid sequence identity with FLRT1 and 44% identity with FLRT2. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 5-20ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
