- The BRD3 (BD1+BD2) TR-FRET BioAssay™ Kit is designed to measure the inhibition of BRD3 (BD1+BD2) binding to its substrate in a homogeneous 384 reaction format. This FRET-based assay requires no time-consuming washing steps, making it especially suitable for high throughput screening applications. The assay procedure is straightforward and simple; a sample containing terbium-labeled donor, dye-labeled acceptor, BRD3, ligand, and an inhibitor is incubated for 120 minutes. Then, the fluorescence intensity is measured using a fluorescence reader. Applications: Suitable for use in screening small molecular inhibitors for drug discovery and HTS applications. Other applications not tested. Kit Components: 298358A: Microtiter plate, 1xplate *298358B: BRD3 (BD1+BD2): 1x10ug. *298358C: BET Bromodomain Ligand: 1x50ug. *298358D: Non-acetylated Ligand 1: 1x15ul **298358E: Tb donor: 2x10ul. **298358F: Dye-labeled acceptor: 2x10ul. 298358G: BRD TR-FRET Assay Buffer1: 3X, 1x4ml Storage and Stability: Store *298358B, *298358C and *298358D at -70°C. Store **298358E, **298358F and **298358G at -20°C. 298358A can be stored at RT. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
