- CD74 represents a type II integral membrane protein known as MHC class II-associated invariant chain. cells and weakly on monocytes and macrophages. CD74 is also found on a subset of activated T cells, Langerhans cells, dendritic cells, and some epithelial cells. CD74 may play a role in antigen processing and presentation through intracellular transport and expression of class II molecules on the cell surface. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
