- Extra Details:
- DuSP22 belongs to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family and contains 1 tyrosine-protein phosphatase domain. This protein activates the Jnk signaling pathway and dephosphorylates and deactivates p38 and stress-activated protein kinase/c-Jun N-terminal kinase (SAPK/JNK). Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-184 from human DuSP22, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~23.3kD (207aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
