- Extra Details:
- Wnt-1, formerly known as int-1, is a 343 amino acid non-glycosylated secreted protein associated with the extracellular matrix, involved in normal embryonic development and particularly linked with breast cancer. Wnt-1, which signals through binding to the Frizzled family of transmembrane receptors, was originally identified as a proto-oncogene implicated in carcinomas induced by the mouse mammary tumor virus (MMTV). Wnt-1 belongs to a family of Wnt genes involved in the dorso-ventricular development of the mesoderm during embryogenesis, with a restricted temporal and spatial pattern of expression. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
